Our Story
OptimusMarketing.ch was founded in 2012 on a simple conviction: growth shouldn't be left to chance. What started as a small telemarketing team is today a sales organization of over 35 specialists, supporting B2B companies across the DACH region and Europe with lead generation, appointment setting and sales development.
We believe in careful work, not empty promises. That's why we continually invest in our processes, our CRM system and — since 2023 — in AI-powered automation that supports our teams without replacing the human contact that makes sales successful in the first place.
